Just book a Festive Lunch or Afternoon Tea on one of these days, enjoy your meal and let your server know that after you're meal your family would like to see Father Christmas. After you have finished your meal one of Santas Elfe's will come and get you and take you to the magical Santas Grotto*.
*A visit to Father Christmas will cost £10 per child.
