Gift Vouchers

My Gift Voucher has expired. Will it be extended?

If the original expiry date of your gift voucher falls between 1st April 2020 and 31st March 2021, then we have automatically extended the value of the gift voucher for an additional 12 months. Please see example below:

E.g.: Traditional Afternoon Tea for 2 people Gift Voucher.

Original Expiry date: 26th April 2020 – New Expiry date: 26th April 2021.

The original value of this voucher would have been £40, in 2021 the cost of this experience will be £45 and therefore you can use the value of your voucher towards this experience and the difference of cost can be paid on the day of your experience.

We kindly ask that you get in touch with us with your preferred date to visit, to check availability and secure your booking.

My Gift Voucher has not arrived. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your gift voucher did not arrive. There were well publicised issues with Royal Mail during December 2020, due to Covid which we reflected during the purchasing pages of our website. Sadly, this is out of our control and not a reflection of our normal service.

We are more than happy to resend voucher out again, but we cannot offer refunds as the vouchers were printed and posted.

As per the Royal Mail website:

During these unprecedented times, we continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail. However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this. Every item of mail is important to us, so we’re working hard to keep any delays to a minimum. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

International deliveries - We're working with our airline and postal/courier partners across the globe to maintain services, however delays should be expected. Visit for more information

Llanerch would like to thank you for your support and understanding to date, during difficult times that we are all experiencing.

The farmshop is closed. Will it reopen?

Following the latest Welsh Government guidelines, Llanerch remains closed and we aim to reopen when the Welsh Government reduces the Coronavirus Alert Level to Level 2 or Lower. During this time, we have made the decision to temporarily close our Farm shop service. When we re-open we will resume with this service also.

Can I make a hotel reservation?

We are happy to hear you are looking to visit and stay with us here at Llanerch.

We are currently updating our room reservation system, if you would like to make a reservation please e-mail and we will assist, we hope to have the new system online to make new online reservations shortly

Can I book a table or a vineyard tour

At present Llanerch remains closed following the latest Welsh Government guidelines. We aim to re-open when the Welsh Government reduces the Coronavirus Alert Level to Level 2 or Lower.

During this period of closure we will not be taking any dining reservations or booking guests onto our vineyard tours as we do not want to disappoint should any further restrictions come into place.

We hope to be taking future bookings from 1st March 2021. If you have accommodation booked with us already, please do let us know via email of your requirements, together with your reservation number and we will be in touch to confirm.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and understanding to date, especially during these difficult times that we find ourselves in at present.
